INSITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We recommend our service to institutions and municipalities involved in EU funded projects and whom wish to be a stipulated part of future strategic documents (action plans, bids for proposals etc.). In addition we offer evaluations for development policy actions already planned in the National Development Plan I. and II. Evaluations are required by the EU Commission regularly and they are based on strict methodology. Such evaluations promote the successful program planning and implementation taking previous experience of similar programs into the account. In addition of evaluations also help to provide synergy between future projects implemented in different action by the same program. Our service includes the following:

- Matching institutional objectives and National Development Plan II objectives

- Program evaluations (ex-ante, mid-term, ex-post and other specific evaluations)

- Methodological consultancy for planning and implementing programs

- PPP consultancy for public sector

- Strategic planning and programming state aid actions

- CBA for NDP institutions and programs
